Refund & Return Policy

At Referee Tools, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

How to Start a Return
Email us at info@refereetools.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will confirm your return and provide instructions within 1–2 business days.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at info@refereetools.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, and you will not be responsible for return shipping costs in these cases.

Wrong Size or Change of Mind
For uniforms and apparel, if the size doesn't fit, we offer a free size exchange within 14 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded, except in the case of a manufacturing defect:
- Personalized or custom-printed items (e.g. custom name/number uniforms)
- Items that have been used, worn, or show signs of installation
- Hygiene-sensitive items where the packaging has been opened

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of purchase, or before the order has shipped, whichever comes first. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must instead follow our standard return process.
